Our Process

Steps in the PULSE Nonprofit Partner Process

  1. Learn more about PULSE by reading the Nonprofit Partner General Information one-pager,  talking with current PULSE nonprofit partners or past PULSE nonprofit partners and/or contacting the Recruiting and Partnership Coordinator of PULSE, Amanda Duncan.
  2. Complete a brief NONPROFIT PARTNER INTEREST FORM about your desire to learn more about a potential nonprofit partnership with PULSE.
  3. Wait for a follow up call or email from our Recruiting and Partnership Coordinator Amanda Duncan
  4. Learn more about the terms of a PULSE partnership (cost, supervision expectations, length of term, hours/week, etc.)
  5. Fill out a NONPROFIT PARTNER APPLICATION.  Applications are due June 28th, 2018 at 5pm.  Please email Amanda Duncan, partner@pulsepittsburgh.org, if you have any questions.
  6. Attend Match Day and conduct neutral site interviews with a few fellows that might be a good fit based upon your organizational/staffing needs on July 16th, 2018.
  7. Review fellows, rank and decide if you want to extend an offer to any, all or none of the incoming fellows.
  8. Welcome fellows(s) as they start service at your organization.

Our partnerships run from September 4th, 2018 to August 2nd, 2019. We look forward to journeying with you.
