Our Process

Steps in the PULSE Application Process

      1. Ask questions of our Recruiting and Partnership Coordinator or current participants.
      2. Learn more about PULSE by reading the PULSE Participant General Information 18-19 and the PULSE Participant Handbook 18-19.
      3. Apply:  Our application deadline has passed, but if interested in being considered for the 18-19 PULSE Program year, please send your resume to recruiting@pulsepittsburgh.org.
      4. Interview via Google Hangout or On-Site in Pittsburgh.
      5. Receive offer from PULSE to join program.
      6. Sign letter of commitment and agree to join the program.
      7. Visit Pittsburgh for PULSEStart (Nonprofit Partner Interviews) in July 14th-17th 2018.
      8. Review and decide on nonprofit partner offers.
      9. Move into one of the PULSE houses and start your year with PULSE.

Our program runs August 25th, 2018 – August 4th, 2019.  We look forward to journeying with you.
