Chloe Gipson is a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Anthropology and a minor in Corporate Communication. During her time at Baylor, Chloe was heavily involved with the department of Student Activities. She served as an event coordinator and student ambassador for the Union Board student programming team, an office assistant for the Heritage House Living and Learning Community, and an organization representative for the Black Student Union. In addition, she served as a research intern for the Dean of Student Development and as an assistant for the office of the Vice President of Student Life. During her sophomore year, she was selected to be one of the students chosen to participate in the university's recently established domestic exchange program with Xavier University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She concluded her time at Baylor by becoming a Spring 2019 initiate into the Rho Eta chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she served as parliamentarian her senior year. Following graduation, Chloe served as a Civic Engagement Virtual Organizer and Note Taker for the Texas Youth & College Division of the NAACP during the 2020 Presidential Election. Chloe is passionate about social justice, human rights, inclusivity and diversity, and voting rights. She enjoys baking, woodworking and painting. Chloe was a member of our South Hilltop cohort and served at Best of the Batch Foundation as the Programming Fellow.
