A graduate of Allegheny College, Elyse Cinquino majored in International Studies and Spanish and minored in Political Science. During her collegiate career, Elyse spent much of her time involved in her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi as Recruitment and Marketing Vice President and in Allegheny Student Government most significantly serving as Vice President. Elyse also worked as a student intern with Creating Landscapes in the Middle & High School Enrichment Collaboration where she assisted students in Theatre classes. Before her senior year, she spent a month in China teaching English and American culture classes at a summer camp. She is passionate about youth voter participation, Students of Color and their experiences in the education system, and Asian American empowerment and activism. Her hobbies include journaling, listening to music, and dancing for fun. Elyse was a member of our East End cohort and served with Macedonia FACE as Senior Center Assistant.
