A graduate of Eastern Mennonite University, Phoebe Swe majored in Psychology. During her time at EMU, Phoebe served as a Community Advisor for two years in the residence halls. She also worked as an Event and Marketing Manager at a student-run coffee shop. In her last year of college, she conducted a year-long psychology research exploring the effect of comfort food across cultures. Outside of EMU, Phoebe served as an intern at Gemeinschaft Home to work alongside those who have been incarcerated to reintegrate back into the community. She is passionate about research in trauma and treatment for mental health. Her hobbies include traveling, playing badminton, listening to music, and singing. Phoebe was a member of our East End cohort and served with Partner4Work as Strategy Team Fellow.
