Public Service Loan Forgiveness

If you’re like most of us, you relied on student loans to help pay for your education. Through your service with PULSE, you may be eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Alicia Donner, PULSE Alumna 2010-11, will be presenting a workshop on PSLF and the “Limited PSLF Waiver”. This waiver includes time-limited changes to Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program rules that allow borrowers to receive credit for past periods of repayment that would otherwise not qualify for PSLF. This waiver expires October 31, 2022; but there’s still time to apply!

Besides your service with PULSE, many of you spent additional time working in nonprofits, government, or other public service positions that could qualify for PSLF. This includes, but is not limited to: teachers, firefighters, first-responders, nurses, military members, other public service workers, and jobs with nonprofits.

Please join us on Wednesday, September 28, from 7:00 – 8:00 to learn how this service may help you lower  or even eliminate your student loan balance. This workshop will be presented over Zoom. Click here to register.
