Please fill out all Google Form and mail auction item to 5615 Stanton Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 or drop off your auction item at the PULSE Office (5151 Penn Avenue, First Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15224) on Tuesday-Thursday between 9am-5pm. We will send you a tax-deductible receipt for the value of your gift. Items are requested by April 12th, 2019. Thank you!
